I have recently purchased a property via Alex and Sarah. From initial contact there was none of the typical pushiness I had experienced from estate agents elsewhere. Alex had great knowledge of the area the property is in and was able to answer any questions I had there and then. The purchase wasn't the most straightforward due to the vendors rather incapable solicitor unfortunately, but Alex and Sarah did a fantastic job of keeping things moving and often stepping in to do things that the solicitor should have been doing really! Communication was brilliant too - I'm not always the easiest to get hold of on the phone, so it was great that Sarah was happy to keep me updated via WhatsApp and answer any additional queries I had throughout the process (often out of "normal" hours too)Highly recommended!
