    Paul Sullivan-Residential Branch Manager
    Paul has 'come home' to his home town of Aylsham after spending much of his career working in other parts of Norfolk. A property professional since leaving college, he now oversees residential sales at our Aylsham office, responsible for all aspects of the business, from valuing and taking instructions, through to seeing sales completed.He has worked in estate agents offices around the county, but was brought up in Aylsham, where he was educated at Aylsham High School.Paul is married with two children and a granddaughter. A very keen runner, he has completed several marathons, including six or seven in London, where his best time is a very credible 2:55:10. He enjoys all sports, including badminton, snooker and fishing.

    Kate Gillard - Residential Sales Negotiator
    Kate has entered the property profession after some years working in retail in her home county of Kent. As well as having an affinity for sales, she has always had an interest in property, stemming from her degree in Textiles which focussed on interiors and interior design.Kate's family moved to Norfolk four years ago, and after visiting them during that period, she fell in love with the county and decided to join them in the summer of 2019.

    As well as her love of textiles, Kate enjoys baking, although she says she doubts she has the nerve to take on the Great British Bake Off tent.Her ambition is to develop her interior design textile skills, and to start making her own clothes.

    Emily Sidnell-Trainee Residential Sales Negotiator
    It's a question of coming home for Emily, who was born locally and went to school in Aylsham, where she now finds herself starting her property career at our County hub. Prior to joining Arnolds Keys, she spent a year working as a receptionist and then in the accounts department of a Norwich property consultancy, before landing a trainee sales negotiator role at our Aylsham office. Her outgoing and gregarious nature shows itself in her enthusiasm for musical theatre. She has performed at the Norwich Theatre Royal and the Norwich Playhouse with local company Sound Ideas. Emily's ambition is to perform at the Royal Albert Hall.

    Nikki Wagner - Residential Admin. Assistant
    Nikki's administrative role in the Residential department involves 'a bit of everything', including the preparation of sales particulars, supporting the property management team, and providing admin help for other departments as needed.

    Originally from Essex, Nikki came to Norfolk when she was eight.  Nikki is married with two children,  she enjoys eating out - especially Thai, Indian and Chinese food, reading fiction, and walking her dogs. Her ambition is for nothing more than to see her children happy and healthy.
