    Jo Allen, Lettings Coordinator
    As a Lettings Co-ordinator, my primary responsibility is to manage all the property inspections. This includes booking them, notifying the tenants, visiting the properties, sending inspections reports to both the tenant and the landlords. I also attend property viewing appointments where required and liaise with the Property Manager with any maintenance issues arising from the inspections. I can not start the day without a costa coffee every day, I am the B&M queen, I love a good blind cleat, apart from this I love spending time walking my dog.

    Charlie Parker, Trainee Negotiator
    As a Trainee Negotiator for Belvoir Tadley and Tilehurst Charlie helps landlords find tenants and rent out their properties. Charlie's primary duties are to answer any questions or quires from both tenants and landlords, that the landlords and tenants' requirements match, and passing on applicants note of interests to the third-party refencing agency. 

    Charlie also carries out viewings for the potential tenants at the properties. The goal is to make the process smooth for both parties involved with minimal stress, so both the tenant and landlord are pleased with the outcome. 

    Charlie enjoys staying active, going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and also rock climbing in his spare time.
