The sale of my property was due to personal problems and despite the complex nature of the selling, Trudy and Duncan were amazingly professional, compassionate and understanding when helping me sell the property. Both were very thorough with their communication and despite my property being on the market with another agent for 10 weeks with no luck, the viewings started flying in when I switched. Fantastic and hassle free.I have had the misfortune of dealing with incompetence with other Estate Agents as a Landlord. Having been taken advantage of by tenants and other agents/agencies I was resigned to selling my property and hoping that a professional outfit would help me. The team at Patrick Williams were nothing short of outstanding, an example to how other agents should conduct themselves, their responsibilities and general ethics. They are professional, methodical, not out to take advantage of you and most importantly when something isn't right they take responsibility and make it right without excuses.My only regret is that I did not find Patrick Williams sooner to use their letting services as the experience would have been far better than the appalling one I had with two other agencies.
