Once you have instructed us to sell your home we will create a high quality brochure with a full range of photos and description of the property. Once the brochure has been approved your property will then appear in our office windows and will be launched on a variety of online portals for example Rightmove and Zoopla. As a team we want you to feel comfortable and stress free when your house is on the market, we can accompany all viewings or alternatively arrange a suitable time with yourself to show people your home. Monitoring your property performance on the market is something we feel strongly about. We provide feedback on all viewings and suggest how we can improve your chances of going under offer.

    Once an offer is received we will always put this forward to you immediately. All offers are verified and the applicants financial situation and property status is checked. Once a price is agreed and you are happy to proceed, we will send out the Memorandum of sale to all parties, at this point our team of dedicated sales progressors will take responsibly and will continue to drive the sale forward. Our sales progression department will ensure that you are kept up to date every step of the way and are always willing to answer the phone and provide you with any information you require.
