Once you have instructed us to sell your home we will create a high quality brochure with a full range of photos and description of the property. Once the brochure has been approved your property will then appear in our office windows and will be launched on a variety of online portals for example Rightmove and Zoopla. As a team we want you to feel comfortable and stress free when your house is on the market, we can accompany all viewings or alternatively arrange a suitable time with yourself to show people your home. Monitoring your property performance on the market is something we feel strongly about. We provide feedback on all viewings and suggest how we can improve your chances of going under offer.

    Once an offer is received we will always put this forward to you immediately. All offers are verified and the applicants financial situation and property status is checked. Once a price is agreed and you are happy to proceed, we will send out the Memorandum of sale to all parties, at this point our team of dedicated sales progressors will take responsibly and will continue to drive the sale forward. Our sales progression department will ensure that you are kept up to date every step of the way and are always willing to answer the phone and provide you with any information you require.     Claire joined Bond Oxborough Phillips in June 2016 after finishing her A-levels at Petroc College. Being unsure what career pathway to take she progressed as an apprentice Sales Negotiator and can safely say she has never looked back. She undertakes all of the admin work alongside her other every job role. She is very willing to learn new skills in order for her to progress. Claire will always be found smiling whatever the weather and you can always rely on her to cheer you up. She is a determined and motivated member of our team, looking to achieve the best in everything that she does and approach tasks with 100% effort.

    Claire has lived in the area all of her life and has a wealth of knowledge of the County. She lives on her parent's dairy and sheep farm in the Devon Rolling Countryside. In her spare time Claire is a busy member on the National federation of Young Farmers where she is currently chairman for her local club. She was name ''Young Farmers National Member of the Year' in 2016' and is 2018 Claire was overwhelmed to have been awarded the North Devon Agricultural Societies youth Award.     Jessica joined Bond Oxborough Phillips in 2006 as an apprentice. She left for a period of time to work in New Zealand to gain further experience in the industry. She returned and was our Lettings Manager, where she worked hard and was a very committed member of staff. Jess returned to Bond Oxborough Phillips and is now a key member of our sales team after having a little girl. You can always rely on Jessica for her honest opinion. Jess works Wednesday's, Thursday and every other Saturdays. In her space time, Jess enjoys spending time, with her daughter Maddison, family and friends.

    Lorraine Brooks - Sales Negotiator

    Lorraine joined the team at Bond Oxborough Phillips in February 2018 after relocating to North Devon from Oxfordshire where she lived for 13 years. Lorraine has previously worked in a variety of sales environments so we are very fortunate to have her as part of the Team at Bond Oxborough Phillips. Lorraine is a part time member of staff and will be found in the office on Monday's, Tuesday's, Fridays and Saturday's and the occasional Sunday. Lorraine likes to get the chance to explore a variety of our properties that we are delighted to have the opportunity to sell.

    Lorraine has settled in, making the most of our beautiful location where we are fortunate to live after working hard renovating her new home which she has recently purchased in a small village on the outskirts of Barnstaple. When not painting or decorating, Lorraine will be out getting some fresh air and admiring the views as she enjoys to run. Lorraine is thorough, honest and faithful.
