My requests and concerns were always responded to quickly and addressed appropriately and the office always seemed to be open for business with 'phone calls and e-mails responded to in a very timely fashion. Of note, the initial consultation and appraisal of the property was carried out at my convenience with good advice offered and a realistic price being set. All the fees and charges to be incurred were explained to me and literature provided so that I knew what to expect. Fortunately, a buyer was found very quickly although, originally, I had signed on with a different company who arranged viewings and an Open House but there were no offers at all!!!! This was when the real work began and the company really earned their fee as I wanted the transaction finalised as soon as possible. This was all facilitated by them working very hard with the buyer, the buyer's daughter and the two solicitors to move things on and worked the 'phones to expedite the process. Every time I asked them to help and find out the state of play, they did so immediately and, thanks to their efforts (and despite the "lethargy" of the solicitors......do they learn this at Law School?), the sale went through very quickly. Even post-sale, they helped both the buyer and me to tie up some loose ends! I can honestly say that the whole process was almost painless thanks to Bonner and Babingtons.
