Most impressed from the very beginning to the very stressful end to our moving house process. Jack met all his commitments to us in a professional and receptive manner very ably supported by Milly. Our house move took place at a most difficult time due to the race to beat the Stamp Duty holiday and the B & B team pulled out all the stops to see things through. We have dealt with numerous estate agents over time but have never dealt with a team who, as a whole, are as professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dale upon our first meeting was honest in regard to the market situation and was realistic in valuation. Jacks photographs were great and showed the property in a very good light, without photo shop, and Millie was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Jack, when they conducted viewings. A number of potential buyers doing viewings spoke of the friendliness of the team at Bonners and Babington which was good for us to hear.
