Where to start, I have had a fantastic experience with Boughtons .Jess and Alison have been so professional and helpful at every stage of the process. We purchased a property through Boughtons, as well as selling my own home. Despite my property not being in Brackley, Jess managed to sell my property within 1 week. I have found Jess to be an extremely professional and non-pushy, with a caring and understanding nature. Jess has ensured that the chain has moved and progressed, whilst keeping everyone updated. Even my solicitor praised Boughtons for being switched on and on top of things ! The main thing I valued as a customer, I never once had to call and give the name of the property. Or explain who I was and why I was calling. I was always greeted with a friendly welcome, with both Jess and Alison having the information to hand every time. I actually can't recommend these girls high enough. They have gone above and beyond for us whilst selling our house. Jess is available night or day no matter what time it is even on her days off or on holiday. They are all so friendly, so professional and it's a joy to speak to them all. They also offer a fantastic commission rate as well as other incentives if selling through them. I had to edit this review and just add a few extra bits, jess has been by our side throughout our sale no matter what, when I started to worry she rang me at 7pm to talk me through it and reassure me, when I had the same worries the following week she emailed me from holiday to again reassure me, the service I received from these ladies, well, I wish I could rate it higher than 5* to be honest.

Well, I now live in the best house ever, thank you Jess! I was house hunting, needing a large house on a budget in Brackley, I dropped by the office by complete chance while on a viewing morning and explained my circumstances, there was nothing on the books then but Jess contacted me a couple of weeks later to say there was a place where a deal could be possible, and we moved in less than 3 months later. Jess chased and followed up all the way through - she was on top of the solicitors and made the whole process as smooth as she could. I can wholeheartedly recommend Boughtons Estate Agents without any hesitation at all. I cannot speak highly enough of Jessica and the team at Boughtons, I just can't. Their website states that they 'are an estate agent with a twist' and they certainly are! I've never experienced such a high level of customer service and had someone go above and beyond the call of duty so often, from the start to finish of the process. Jessica has always been polite, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and massively helpful. I've been kept informed about everything and I am now in my perfect home because Jessica did something not many people do - she listened. She listened to what I was looking for, and she found the perfect place for me, and then helped me get it. From organising a viewing with only a couple of hours notice (on a Saturday too), replying to queries in minutes (even after hours), passing on good news at any time of day (or night!), chasing paperwork, pushing solicitors, finding out whatever information I asked for, everything was done quickly, professionally and in such an honest & friendly manner! Not at all what I expected for an estate agent at all and I am massively grateful to Jessica for her efforts. Thank you Jess, and if I ever decide to sell this place, I'll be on the phone!
