    Managing Director of Bridges 

    Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group's reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth as we enter 30 years. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.

    James Baldry MNAEA
    Managing Director of Residential Sales 

    James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Managing Director of Sales who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group's sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they're in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet's watering holes.

    Mark Kirby MNAEA 
    Director - Land and New Homes 

     Mark Kirby (MNAEA) is the Director of the Land and New Homes team based in Fleet. Mark has worked for Bridges for 30 years and was the first employee to be taken on by the original founder back in 1992. Starting out as a Negotiator Mark went on to manage various offices before becoming a Director. Mark is hardworking, dedicated, and instrumental to the success and growth to the Land and New Homes team. Outside of work Mark is a keen sportsman and likes football, golf and running.

    Head of Sales 

     Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works. Martin lives locally with his wife and daughters, and spends his free time running and cycling the woods and trails around the Fleet area.

    Dale Ballard
    Manager 

    Dale Ballard is the manager of our Fleet sales office and has been since 2016. Having lived in the area his entire life Dale offers a wealth of local knowledge which often pays dividends when negotiating sales and can always be found working hard to provide his clients with the best possible customer service. In his time away from the office he will mainly be watching some form of motor sport, usually Formula 1 or planning days out with his fiancée and their two children.

     Rob Stocchetti Is a Client Manager working out of the Fleet Branch he prides himself on giving the best customer service and enjoys meeting and interacting with new people day to day. He joined Bridges in 2017 and hasn't looked back since. Having lived in the area all his life Rob is a local boy from Fleet although his heart belongs to Liverpool F.C.

    Amy Buckley is a Sales Negotiator in our Fleet Branch. Having joined Bridges in November 2019, as a Customer Service Advisor in our central HUB, she has progressed into the office as a Sales Negotiator and found her real passion and career path as an agent. Growing up in locally herself, she knows the area well, whether it be the restaurants and nightlife from Camberley to Fleet, or how far the nearest shopping centres are.

     Paula Coombs is the Administration Manager working for the group since 2017. Along with the Admin team she works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of our company's offices at the highest level. Although not born in Hampshire, she has lived locally for 20 years with her husband and two children, who will often be out and about enjoying the local area and all it has to offer.

    Charley Wood is an Office Coordinator and has worked for the group since May 2021. Charley spends her time outside of work with her partner and their families enjoying various foods and exploring her passion for photography.

    Alan Dolman works as part of the New Homes department and is responsible for its day to day running and strategy. Having worked for Bridges as part of the residential sales team for six years and a brief two-year stint working away, he was approached to relaunch Bridges Land and New Homes department. Since 2013, he has worked tirelessly with Mark Kirby to create a growing, highly skilled, and well-respected department. Alan has been in the property industry since 2002 and brings a wealth of experience as well as a key knowledge of working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations. When not at work Alan likes to try and spend as much time on the slopes in the winter or on his bike in the summer as possible, often followed by a pint.

    Senior Land & New Homes Office Coordinator 

     Jules Winchester has worked for Land and New Homes in Fleet as their Office Coordinator since 2019 having started her career with Bridges as a Saturday viewing assistant in Farnborough. Jules' job is to oversee all aspects of the reservation process, sales progression, admin and to ensure smooth running of the department. On a day-to-day basis she also deals with all the shared ownership properties, arranging viewings, qualification, and assessment and then handover upon completion. She is a dedicated member of staff who will go the extra mile to help anyone. Outside of work Jules enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

     Grace Lewis is a New Homes & Business Development Consultant in our Land & New Homes department.
