There are enough estate agents to chose from in Prestwich - I opted for Clive Anthony to sell my property as they came across honest, were available evenings and weekends including Sunday (which is when I am available but more importantly I am sure that's when most buyers are too) & they were competitively priced.From the outset they have been excellent. I was spending most of my time working away and being able to leave them to arrange and host viewings was perfect & I was very glad I did not opt for a cheaper online equivalent (Note to others who are considering online estate agents : do you really have the time / inclination to do it justice). We would most certainly recommend Clive Anthony for your house move. Our house was really well presented as part of advertising and agent was open to changes we requested. Courtney kept us informed every step of the way both during arranging of viewings and during the sale and completion process. As part of a fairly long change which in itself had a few scary moments, Courtney, investigated into hold ups and engaged with other estate agents and respective solicitors to understand what was required and fed back to us in a timely manner.
