      Derek joined Clyde Property in 2013 with a decade of Estate Agency and Letting experience. Initially running our successful letting operations in Stirling and Falkirk, Derek's talent and sales approach to letting saw Clyde Property dominate the rental markets in these areas. With his eyes firmly set on a move back to Estate Agency, Derek moved to head up Estate Agency in the Shawlands office as Area Director where he remained until January 2018.

      However, home was always calling for Derek and in February 2018 Derek was delighted to be appointed as the Area Director for Perth.
