I have seen an increase in activity on all the web portals, especially with my Video Viewings. I would suggest that the viewings that do go ahead in this current market place will only be done so via video viewings and for the foreseeable future.
Recently in April 2020 I had agreed a sale, "yes properties are still selling with College and County" One of my clients didn't have a video viewing due to coming onto the market days before the national lockdown, I received a request for a viewing or video viewing. My client used their phone to provide their own video viewing and this was emailed to the potential buyer. Following a further FaceTime viewing to look into certain aspects more closely and to ask a few questions, a sale was agreed all within the same day!
Looking forward we know that the current situation will come to an end, it's just how long it will take until we get back to some normality? What I will say is that while we are all in lockdown, millions of individual's, family's will be at home and looking on-line? So keeping your property available would be essential, as when we start to move with more freedom again and the confidence returns I strongly believe the market will bounce back quickly and positively.

I am taking new instructions at this time from clients whereby they are happy and willing to undertake their own photography and/or video viewings. A reduction in our standard fee will be offered whilst we are all in lockdown, oh and there will be NO VAT to pay.
