    Jonathan joined our busy Baildon office in January 2020 to head up the five strong team. He grew up locally before building and running his own successful estate agency business, specialising in both sales and lettings, in Manchester city centre.

    Frances started working for Dacre Son & Hartley 25 years ago as a weekend receptionist. She is now a full time sales negotiator, negotiating offers, carrying out viewings and agreeing sales.Being from the local area herself, Frances has a wealth of knowledge of Baildon.

    Steven Potts, Area Director
    Steven has developed a wealth of experience since joining Dacre, Son & Hartley in the mid 90s. He worked at the firm's Keighley and Saltaire offices before moving to Bingley in 2007. Now Steven is an Area Director covering the Bingley, Baildon and Saltaire offices. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Steven has also attained a Diploma in residential estate agency, studying at The University of Reading College of Estate Management.
