    Meet the team

    Dacre Son and Hartley Harrogate estate agent Paul Baxter, who has been involved in the marketing and sale of houses in the Harrogate and Wetherby district since 1981, oversees the Harrogate estate agent office team and is a director of the firm with responsibility for Knaresborough, Pateley Bridge, Ripon and Wetherby estate agent offices too. Paul has extensive experience in property of all styles and ages, including land and new homes in Yorkshire, as a result of 12 years dealing with new homes in the PLC house-building sector. Supporting Paul at Dacres Harrogate is Sales Manager Georgie Williams plus Sales Negotiators Victoria Anderson and Karin Fritz. Georgie started her career at Dacres as part of our customer services team based at the Ilkley office. She joined Dacres Harrogate in January 2017 and prides herself on providing exceptional levels of customer care to our buyers and sellers alike. Georgie passed her NFoPP qualifications autumn in 2017.     Georgie started her career at Dacre, Son & Hartley in 2016 as a member of our Ilkley based customer service team, before taking up the role of sales negotiator at our Harrogate office in January 2017. Georgie was promoted to Sales Manager in February 2020. Georgie lives in Harrogate and attended Bradford Grammar School and is currently studying for her NFoPP qualification, which leads to NVQ level 3 awards in the sale of residential property.
