    Tim Usherwood, Director
    Tim Usherwood joined Dacre, Son & Hartley in 1990 as a junior negotiator at the our head office in Ilkley. Tim spent 5 years as manager at the Wetherby office before moving to the busy Skipton office in 2000. As a local property expert he is enthusiastic about going back to his Wharfe Valley roots by heading up the Otley branch. A Director of the firm since 2014, Tim lives in Ben Rhydding with his wife Emma and their daughter Lucy.

    Jane Milner, Senior Sales Negotiator
    Jane started working at Dacre, Son & Hartley in 1995 originally as PA to the Chairman. She moved to the Otley office in 2005 where she progressed to her current role as sales negotiator and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.Jane has two children and in her spare time enjoys walking her dog Nell, genealogy and history.

    You, or Dacre Son & Hartley may at any time withdraw instructions until terminated by either party by giving the other 14 days notice in writing to this effect.

    Unless commission becomes payable - in the event that a purchaser exchanges contracts but fails to complete the purchase, our commission will become payable out of the deposit monies held by your solicitors within 7 days of the contracted completion date.
