We first dealt with Davies Property Partners when purchasing a house in Cobham in 2014. We were particularly impressed with the service provided and the level of care each member of staff took over each aspect of the sale, particularly Gareth Davies who dealt admirably with the vendor when they got a bit tricky - this was in stark contrast to the agent we were selling our London flat through. Since the initial purchase we have used GB for valuations, appraisals and advice on development works. The fact that the business is run by a family with a long connection and understanding of the area has provided us with a lot of reassurance in comparison to dealing with the larger 'chain estate agents' in the area.
