    Julie Johnson - Office Manager

    Julie has worked as an estate agent for 15 years and joined Earnshaw Kay when it opened its doors in 2007 as Office Manager. Julie has always believed the key to success is excellent customer service and honest advice, and along with the team, the office now has an enviable reputation for delivering just that. Although Julie is the most senior member of the Earnshaw Kay team she is very much aware of the changing market and actively promotes properties on social media, Rightmove, Zoopla and other property portal websites.

    Julie is a keen exercise enthusiast and can often be seen running around the streets of Mirfield; there's plenty of life in the old dog yet!

    Oliver Bailey -  Valuer, Sales and Lettings
    Oliver started working for Earnshaw Kay in 2010 before he left college having enjoyed his time on work experience. With a BA (Hons) degree in Business & Management and having gained experience in Holmfirth, Oliver went on to be Valuer in the Mirfield office, and returned to Holmfirth in 2018 as Sales Manager.Having moved house himself a couple of times in recent years, Oliver fully understands the complications which can arise with buying and selling, and uses his experiences to assist in making the process as straightforward and hassle free for his clients.A big Huddersfield Town fan, Oliver also enjoys playing golf, 5-a-side football as well as a pint at the local pub

    Val Poulter - Lettings Administrator
    With 14 years of experience in rental property management Val has worked for Earnshaw Kay for 8 years. Responsible for the day to day rental accounts, providing continuity for landlords and tenants with a calm approach to what can be quite a challenging role. Val likes to begin the day with 6am high-intensity team circuit training sessions for focus and motivation (on occasions this involves the flipping of tractor tyres - challenging and great fun!).

    Sandra Sheard - Weekend Sales Negotiator
    Sandra has worked at Earnshaw Kay since 2012 and is a valued member of the team. Sandra enjoys the buzz of receiving and negotiating offers on a weekly basis and is always conscious of delivering excellent customer service.Sandra is a Grandma to three gorgeous girls and spends a lot of time with them during the week as well as enjoying countryside walks and the odd glass of wine for relaxation.
