Who We Are...You'll have known us as Earnshaw Kay Estates, the name we launched with back in 2001.
We earned a well-deserved reputation as a solid, professional estate agency with thousands of highly satisfied customers who came to us when it was time for their next move. Things were good. But we want to be outstanding.
Which is why Max Earnshaw decided to redefine his vision of how estate agency should be done.
SnowGate is an independent estate agency with a mindset to match. Locally-based and driven by a team of people dedicated to our area and its community, our approach is slightly different. Which is why we attract the type of client who not only likes our individuality, but also appreciates our kind of no fluff straight-talking. We're available seven days a week (working from our centrally located offices and remotely) and can offer many out-of-hours appointments to fit around your busy life.

Alongside studying a degree in Business & Management, Oliver gained experience of the property sector in our Holmfirth office before becoming a valuer and now works between the Mirfield & Holmfirth offices.A Huddersfield Town season ticket holder, Oliver also enjoys cricket and golf as well as socialising with friends at the local pub! -

Lisa Parson - Head of RentalsLisa is married with three children. She enjoys socialising when not being the family taxi. She is the longest serving member of the Snowgate Properties team and currently heads up our rentals department.
