Jessica was our lettings agent with haart, we were also being shown properties by 4 or 5 other agents from various agencies initially but later opted to conclude our search exclusively with Jessica. Jessica had a much more alacritous approach to helping us find our house than any of the other agents we dealt with. Myself, Ollie & Francis all work unsociable hours; or in Francis' case, work abroad mostly, so we often found it difficult to get responses or arrange viewings during the brief windows of time we had available. Fortunately, this was not the case with Jess and she was able to accommodate us with every viewing or query. She was meticulous in her attention to detail and ensuring that the requirements we'd laid out were met with each property we viewed, whilst also broadening our search to include properties she thought might interest us based on what I assume she'd gaged from our personalities during the viewings we'd had previously.It was thanks to this that we ended up seeing our house in central Brixton rather than Brixton Hill where we'd been searching, originally. Jessica was always affable during viewings and seemed to know the properties inside out so was able to answer any questions we had thoroughly and immediately. This continued throughout the negotiations with our landlord, contract signing process, sorting insurance, standing orders, inventory and handing over the keys etc. Moving house can be a really stressful time and Jessica definitely made it an unusually effortless process, the consequence of which means we're living in a really lovely house now.
