      Fields Of Shifnal Ltd advise the Landlord to effect appropriate Buildings & Contents insurance to cover the extended Landlord/Tenant risks over and above the Landlords existing cover, which we can discuss if necessary. The Landlord may choose to use an alternative Insurance Company. If this is the case The Landlord must ensure that Landlord's liability is included.

      The Landlord must ensure that all premiums continue to be paid when due and that the insurance cover does not lapse during the term of the tenancy.
