After trying to sell my lovely house through a local low cost high street operator and receiving a very poor level of interest, a low quality service and a number of viewings from people who were, quite frankly, time-wasters, I switched to F&C and to Lee. He provided an outstanding full service package and did exactly what he promised - delivered the leads and viewings from serious buyers and negotiated a sale at a price which was realistic and in line with my expectations. We sold our very special house in a historic surrounding near Derby and we had tried 3 agents before Lee, local well known and well reputed agencies and I was so disappointed with the service.They are all very eager when they want your business but then, once we had signed the contract and they had put our property on their website nothing happened. When people had viewed our property, it was not followed up. Not sold- no surprise.We got Lee in for a valuation. We were impressed by his expertise and enthusiasm.Ok, the valuers of the other agents are seemingly full of enthusiasm too, but then things are going to the office staff who are not bothered.Not so at Fine and Country. Lee is always your and the buyers point of contact. He was always available, (he even texted from his honeymoon) and he chased people up. He found buyers, did a lot of the negotiations for us and on our behalf and he and Jessica, as the transaction manager, saw the deal through for us. We are very grateful, our house was a special house to sell and needed a special service and dedication which Lee provided.Yes, Fine and Country, i.e. Lee is more expensive than the competition, but for us he was worth every penny.
