     Michael leads the Property Agency team in our Chester office which entails running the busy brokerage department, dealing in a broad range of disposals from country cottages to rural estates and everything in-between. The Chester office deals with sales throughout an extensive geographical area, covering much of Cheshire and North Wales. Whilst the property mix is varied, Michael is focused on the middle market, whilst maintaining a market share at either end of the property spectrum. Michael has exceptional experience in dealing with developers, from concept to the sale of the completed properties and has first-rate knowledge of high value city homes. Following university, Michael worked in London for a number of years, before establishing a property management business in Chester. Prior to joining Fisher German in 2012, Michael worked for Strutt & Parker in the agency sector.

    Home is in Chester with his wife and two children. Michael is an accomplished rower, having represented Great Britain at the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games. Having hung up his oars, he now sails, enjoys the general outdoors, walking his dog and coaches rowing.

    Daniel is Head of Agency in Knutsford, where he is part of the residential sales team. Having worked in the residential market for 19 years, Daniel has experience and specialises in premium property sales including country houses, farms, development opportunities and second homes, with a focus on the affluent South Manchester, wider Cheshire and North Wales markets.

    Daniel lives in mid Cheshire with his two children and his dog, Betty. He enjoys attending sporting events, such as rugby and football matches and is a keen gardener cultivating specimen trees, soft fruits and vegetables.

    Toby works within the residential agency team, based in Chester. His main area of focus is developing the Welsh residential market and attending market appraisals. Aside from this, Toby also spends a lot of time overseeing the online auctions across both Wales & Cheshire with a focus on dilapidated property and land sales.

    T oby has spent several years within Agency and has a vast experience of both the Welsh and Cheshire markets, having worked across Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Cowny, Gwynedd and Powys councils. In recent years he has also worked throughout Cheshire in both a sales and lettings capacity.

    Originally born in Abersoch, Toby now resides in Ruthin, where he has lived for over 30 years. In his spare time, he is a keen sports enthusiast and still plays football on a weekly basis as well as being a keen gym enthusiast. Given his advancing years (and ankles that are made of tracing paper) Toby has recently taken up golf and aims to be considered "half decent" by the time he's 40. Toby also has a questionable taste in music.

     Susan's role involves many aspects of estate agency, primarily ensuring that clients' requirements are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and doing everything to make the home moving process an experience to remember for all the right reasons. She arranges market appraisals, viewings, sales negotiations and liaises with solicitors to progress sales swiftly and smoothly to exchange of contracts.

    Susan's career in estate agency began in 1988 and her knowledge of the Chester and North Wales market is extensive to say the least. Having worked for a corporate estate agent in North Wales for 12 years, she ventured into commercial recruitment with a leading Chester agency. Whilst enjoying a successful six years in this sector, her passion for selling homes never wavered and in 2006 she returned to estate agency.

    With over 25 years experience, which also includes valuing and listing property during the last 12 years, Susan is able to deal with all aspects of the sales process from beginning to end and has built strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, many of whom have become long-standing acquaintances.

    Outside work, Susan enjoys her leisure time outdoors particularly walking and cycling. She also enjoys an active social life with friends and family and has a love for travelling and exploring new destinations both in the UK and abroad.

    Edward joined Fisher German as an Equity Partner in January 2012 following the merger with his family firm, Denton Clark. He works mainly within the Rural Consultancy sector and is the lead Partner for a number of the estates with Cheshire and the North West that are managed from the Chester and Knutsford offices. Edward is also a RICS registered valuer, undertaking valuation work for a wide range of corporate and private clients in addition to acting as an Expert Witness in connection with property disputes. He is Fisher German's main agent and valuer for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) in the North West. Other specialisms include agricultural agency and planning and development work. 

    Educated at Reading University, Edward has been in the industry for 33 years, the last 27 of which have been spent in Chester. During this time, he has built up a wealth of knowledge and contacts in Cheshire and the North West. Edward has been President of the Cheshire Agricultural Valuers Association on two occasions and Chairman of the Cheshire Country Land & Business Association.

    After an undergraduate degree in Classics from Durham University, Hugh completed the distance learning diploma in surveying through the College of Estate Management then qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003 with a small firm in North Shropshire, where he originates. He then worked for a regional firm in Somerset for five years before joining Fisher German. He qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2007.

    Hugh is a partner in the Knutsford office and carries out a range of work, including valuation of rural and residential property, acting as an expert witness, development land promotion, estate management and compulsory purchase. He is heavily involved in providing advice to clients on HS2.

    Richard is a Partner at Fisher German and leads the National Farm Agency team focusing on the purchase and sale of farms, land, estates, and mixed-use rural property portfolios across the UK. He forms part of the National Country Agency Team, operating across all Fisher German offices co-ordinating and developing the rural agency business.

    Richard is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Richard has built a reputation for providing clear, honest, and prompt advice to his clients especially in advising on higher profile and more complex rural sales.

    Ella's role entails creating a national profile for the Fisher German New Homes Team which specialises in providing a comprehensive New Homes sales and marketing service.

    Working in collaboration with our colleagues in the National Development Team and benefiting from the support and specialist knowledge from our nine residential offices, the New Homes Team provides expert advice on land appraisals, development unit mix and design, pricing and local and national market conditions.

    In addition, the New Homes Team deal with a variety of sales from individual bespoke properties to large strategic developments. This multi-sector collaborative approach means that Fisher German provide a full circle service, from identifying strategic development opportunities, planning consultancy, disposing of the site and selling the new homes on behalf of our developer clients.

    Ella is a driven and ambitious individual who has valuable experience within the New Homes sector and presently looks after New Homes sales in Cheshire and Oxfordshire and virtually all counties in between.
