Excellent service . Cannot fault the service I received. They have a rolling 2 week contract so you're not tied in to them if you change your mind. Opening hours are great, with viewings 7 days a week. Christina was my main point of contact, she was efficient, friendly and always called when she said she would. I chose Gilson Bailey due to their excellent reputation, prime knowledge of selling/the locality and their previous great service when I originally purchased the flat. When selling the flat the team at Gilson Bailey were excellent and made the whole process stress free. Jack's valuation of the property meant I got a reasonable price and quick sale. His photographs optimised the presentation of the flat and he reassured me that it wasn't necessary to spend time decluttering or decorating. The flat was low lease so it required a buyer who didn't need a mortgage, however they immediately found an appropriate buyer - the flat was sold to the first viewer. The fact that they were quick and flexible enough to arrange the viewing straight away was important. Communication was excellent throughout and they even sent flowers on exchange.
