We recently utilised both the Sales and Lettings services of Gilson Bailey and I can't fault either. Super communication from both teams, professional, honest and did exactly what I needed them to do. We had quite a challenging time with the rental and David and his Lettings team were excellent, helpful and offered great advice during the whole process and were worth every penny we paid them. The Sales team also did a great job and found a perfect buyer for our flat (which wasn't the easiest to sell). All in all a great service. I would definitely recommend and would utilise their services again. Very often estate agents get a bad press, but Gilson Bailey definitely counteract that. We have rented for a house in the city through Gilson Bailey and Partners. We have been very happy with how they managed the property. I have rented with other agencies throughout the UK and Gilson Bailey is distinctive in their excellent work. Firstly I got the chance to see the house twice before signing the papers for renting, the owner himself showed us around the first day and handed the keys to us, and went through the inventory with us. Also towards the end of the tenancy, the owner visited the property to give us helpful tips on what to look out and fix, paint, clean etc in order to ensure that we got our full deposit back. And the final day the owner inspected the property and got the keys from us. The agency was liaising very promptly with the landlords letting them know of any repairs that needed to be done to the property. The agency and the people working there are very professional, friendly and approachable. We really appreciate your great work, keep it up. E. Samota
