    Sam Paulo, Head of Lettings 
    Sam has overseen more than a thousand tenancies since starting in residential property management (lettings) in 2011 and currently heads up the Lettings Department.

    He is CIH Level 3 qualified in Letting and Managing Residential Property, whilst he also holds the IMC Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management. Sam currently specialises in portfolio restructuring, pro-actively managing out distressed portfolios, advising institutional clients at both purchase level and in the new build development sector. Sam is renowned for his tenacious and pro-active approach.

    Marcus Di Rollo, Lettings Director
    During his successful professional and international rugby career Marcus held a keen interest in property renovation and built a personal portfolio of rental properties. This aided his transition into property management and helped him found his own property management business.

    He has since built up eight years' experience and is CIH level 3 qualified in Letting Property Management. Marcus currently specialises in portfolio management, existing client relationships and new business.

    Elaine Wallace, Lettings Director
    She specialises in the management of large residential portfolio's as well as property trading and developments. Elaine delivers and expects the highest standards of service and communication for her clients and tenants, her passion for property is infectious! Elaine takes great pride in using her knowledge and experience to help and advise others to maximise the return on their investments. She also maintains an equal focus on all her tenants, who are an integral part of every successful tenancy.

    Ashley Stokes, Property Manager
    Ashley became a qualified property manager after acquiring the Letwell Level 3 qualification in Lettings and Managing Residential Property. Ashley joined Gilson Gray in August 2021 following seven years' experience within the lettings industry. She has settled into the role nicely and is building good rapport with both tenants and landlords.

    Nomsa Ndebele, Trainee Property Manager
    Nomsa is a Trainee Property Manager who is currently working towards acquiring her ALRA Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. With a BA Hons in Interior Design and previous experience in property investment, Nomsa aims to maximise investors' returns on their property assets through property development and ensuring clients are efficiently managing their portfolios. Her passion for property is also translated through her need for a high level of customer service for both her tenants and clients.

    Katy Devlin, Trainee Property Manager
    After joining the company as a Lettings Assistant and gaining some knowledge of the property sector, Katy recently began her new role as Trainee Property Manager. Katy enjoys liaising with other property managers, prospective tenants, and delivering excellent customer service to landlords. She is hardworking, friendly, and reliable. Katy is now looking forward to the challenges this role will bring and has a hunger to learn more about the industry. She is eager to take part in the Letwell programme this year to gain her qualifications and increase her knowledge base.

    Katie has acquired an ARLA Property mark Level 6 in Residential Letting and Property Management (Scotland). Her qualification in addition to her 5 years' experience within the Edinburgh property market makes her knowledgeable within this field. Katie has joined the Gilson Gray lettings department as an Accounts and Compliance Officer due to her attention to detail and extensive understanding of the current lettings legislations.
