    Ben Williams Managing Director

    I have been working in estate agency in Bexhill for the last 14 years where I believe I have built up an unrivalled reputation within the industry. After working for a corporate estate agents for 5 years I then went on to work for two local independent agents for a further 9 years, then decided to join Kevin Booth and together we now own and run Greystones Estate Agents. Ben goes on to say that I am very passionate about the industry and my beloved hometown of Bexhill, where I have lived my entire life, now bringing up my own two children, who like myself are now attending the local schools. To say my roots are deep in the town would be an understatement, I feel that since opening our doors in April 2010 we have already established ourselves as one of Bexhill's leading estate agents. We believe this is down to us offering our all important clients the highest levels of customer service and our passionate, pro-active approach and our can do attitude to selling property.     Kevin Booth Managing Director
    Since 2001 I have been working in estate agency, having started my career working for a small independent estate agent in Bexhill where I soon worked my way up to senior sales advisor before moving onto to manage a large corporate estate agent in Little Common before gaining promotion to branch manager of their busy town centre office gaining invaluable experience. I then decided to go back and work for a well known independent estate agent within the town. In 2010 I decided to open Greystones as I felt that although there were already a number of estate agents in the town most of them have many flaws with their lack of customer service, marketing and feedback to our all important clients. Like Ben, I feel that our can do attitude, pro active approach and unrivalled marketing makes us stand out from the other agents and since opening our doors have helped many people move home. I feel that we have built up a good reputation and constantly receive recommendations and repeat business from our previous clients, family and friends. I look forward to helping you move home soon!

    Nathan recently joined Greystones in January 2014 when we opened the doors to our new Bexhill town centre office. He currently has over 3 years experience in estate agency. Nathan has a good local knowledge of Bexhill and the surrounding area's.     Before joining Greystones Rosie also worked as a Legal Secretary for a local solicitor and is extremely knowledgeable in the buying and selling process and all areas of conveyancing. Rosie has taken on the responsibility for all of the sales progressing and her ability to resolve problems, keep people informed and calm when sales get stressful and her general friendly and efficient manor enables her to successfully get sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, with very few full throughs.

    Cathy joined Greystones in 2011 as our secretary having previously worked at other agents within the area. Her organisation skills and attention to detail enables her to play a vital role in making sure the admin side of the business is run accurately and efficiently.
