Mandy and Pete from Ringwood Dear Anthony, Although we are sure you are aware of the excellent team you have at Hearnes in Ringwood, we would like to bring your attention to Dan Godwin. He sold us our house 3 years ago but with the family getting older, we decided now was a good time to move again. Dan not only found us our buyer but also informed us of a property he thought we would like, that had come on the market, despite the fact it was on with another estate agents. He was indeed correct and we are due to exchange this week. As with any house sale, it never seems to go to plan and two of our previous buyers pulled out. Each time, Dan was one step ahead of the game and had another buyer in mind. He always kept us informed and went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent, offering an out of hours service and in stressful times, acted as my personal counsellor!! We hope we are not speaking out of turn, but estate agents in general have a rather bad reputation. Dan Godwin has completely changed our opinion of this and I will always return to Dan for any future sales. Please make sure he never leaves!!!! We feel Dan needed this recognition as it's the very least we can do in return for everything he has done for us (on your part, you could give him a pay rise!!) Having dealt with Hearnes at Ringwood before when they sold our house in 1999, and did so very professionally, we put our current house on the market with them as before. They really operate their estate agents business very well. It doesn't seem to make any difference how long your property has been on the market with them, they still seem to put an awful lot of effort into arranging viewings and always accompany any prospective buyers. We've always had many more viewings through Hearnes than any of the other estate agents. Thank you again for your kind words earlier Sam. As you may know, this journey first started for us with Nicky in Nov 2019 when we wanted to buy a property in Ferndown. We viewed a few houses after that in between lockdowns with yourself Sam and Jayson, then we found a property in Ashley Heath in June 22 and knew it was the one. So it's been a very long process and the best thing we did was to ask you to sell our house in September. We are still shocked and impressed that you found the right buyer at the right time less than 2 weeks later! You have all played a huge part in making this happen finally, from Jen doing a smashing job on the 3D tour to sharing viewings amongst you, fielding endless questions from our buyers, keeping us informed along the way and for also being patient and very helpful with all the hiccups and stressful times, we cannot thank you enough for your hardwork, perseverance and professionalism, you really are the best!
