    Henry Adams is one of the most successful and well-respected estate agencies in West Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire. Our experienced staff and network of offices offer a wide range of services to suit properties in all price ranges. In addition to Residential Sales and Lettings, our specialist services include: New Homes, Development Land, Agricultural, Professional, Fine Art, Commercial Sales and Lettings and Planning services.

    The company was first formed in 1990 by the late Henry Adams, who had previously been a partner of another local independent firm, and who had worked alongside many of the farmers in the area for many years. Henry conducted livestock auctions in Chichester as long ago as the 1960's, and brought with him a huge wealth of experience. Pictured are the details of the first property we ever sold. Now with a network of offices across Sussex and into Hampshire and Surrey, we have grown into one of the leading multi discipline firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors in the region.

    Nick van Klaveren MARLA - Director
    Nick is the Lettings Director based at our Chichester Office. He oversees and is responsible for the day to day running of this busy department which manages several hundred local properties. Nick worked for Henry Adams in his early career before a successful spell as a manager for a well known international agency. Nick is a qualified and licensed ARLA Propertymark agent.

    Danielle is a licensed ARLA Property mark agent and runs our Rent Guarantee and Legal Services department across our network of offices.  Sam was previously Office Manager at our Bognor Regis office and prior to that worked in the corporate lettings world.

    Cheryl McCauley - Client Account Manager
    Cheryl is our Client Account Manager, looking after the Lettings and Holiday Lets offices. With many years' experience in client accounting Cheryl ensures that rental payments are transferred to landlords quickly and efficiently. All financial transactions are handled by her department including tax payments for overseas landlords and payments to contractors and suppliers where Henry Adams handles the property management.

    Monique Dace - Renewals Negotiator/Administrator
    Monique lives locally in Chichester and joined Henry Adams in 2017 having worked in the travel industry. After a very successful stint as a full time negotiator, Monique now primarily looks after tenancy renewals as well as assisting prospective tenants with their tenancy applications after initial viewing stage.  Nothing is too much trouble and Monique enjoys great client feedback.
