Our Fine Art department offer monthly sales of antiques and fine art in our 18th century Chapel saleroom. Selling electroplate, silver, coins, watches, jewellery, ceramics and glass, collector's items, furniture, clocks, paintings and rugs. We hold specialist valuation days at Baffins Hall for Jewellery, paintings and antiques - home valuations for larger items can also be arranged along with house clearance for items we cannot sell.

Richard Longhurst

Richard is the Partner in charge of our Residential Sales office in Chichester. Richard was made a Partner at Henry Adams in October 2012 and is now overseeing Chichester having been the manager of Middleton on Sea for the last 10 years. Born and bred in Chichester, Richard has been in the industry for 20 plus years and enjoys the variety of overseeing such a busy office. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and children at the beach and being Chairman of Bognor Regis Golf Club in Felpham.

Is classed as fixtures and fittings and they do say if you need to know anything ask Kerry, her knowledge of past properties sold is second to none and that's without going to her comparable files. When not at work, spends her spare time with her horse or wishing she was on a ski slope somewhere.
