For those selling reading this, I would start by saying, use these guys. We originally used another agent who were unrealistic in our home valuation and seemingly allowed us to fester on the market for somewhere in the region if 6-8 months. Viewings were minimal and offers were non-existent. This is not a bash on them, as opposed to a reflection on Hills (here’s the good part). This is in direct relation to Ryan Evans from the Eccles branch so I would assume this would extend and by synonymous
