Being the first time I have done this as a Landlady, I found Rebecca to be very helpful, friendly and courteous. She ensured my tenants were exactly what I was looking for - professional and someone who would look after my property. The tenants are great and exactly what I had hoped for. There were a couple of issues which Tony sorted out straight away and he has been great throughout the process. I have had no issues whatsoever since. I'd just like to thank both Rebecca and Tony for their great service.

Tony and Rebecca are a great team and provide a first class service. They have recently let a property on my behalf and their experience and knowledge of the market is obvious. They are easy to deal with and were able to offer advice where needed. They worked hard to quickly match the property to a suitable tenant and to an agreed criteria.This is the second time I have used Hills Residential lettings team and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

Rebecca was very helpful when I moved into one of the properties in the Greater Manchester area.She talked me through my contract and was happy to take my phone calls when I rang to team and was able to speak directly to her.I am a bit of a worrier and I email her a lot but she never fails to email me back and reassure me.Rebecca is more than 5* - she is very thorougher and is amazing at her job.
