    As part of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents we now have direct access to the London market from the Guild office on Park Lane, Mayfair, London where all our properties are displayed. 80% of the properties that we sell are to buyers from out of the area and just over half of those are from the greater London area.

    LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT
    • There are two separate areas which we can be of service specifically letting a property and then managing it once the property has been let
    • The full service is usually used by either people who are abroad or out of the area and which included preparation of inventories incorporating a check in and check out service, obtaining references on tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and dealing with any problems either with the property or the tenant as they arise

    LETTING ONLY SCHEME
    • This service is usually used by people who live locally and want to manage the property themselves and we will then find a tenant, take up references, prepare a tenancy agreement and check that there is a process in place to protect the deposit.

    MANAGEMENT ONLY SERVICE
    • When a tenant is already in situ but the landlord may have to move out of the area we will take care of the property on the landlord's behalf.

    FROM SITE APPRAISAL TO LEGAL COMPLETION Catherine Holman has spent over 20 years in the property industry most of which has been centred on new homes and primarily in sales and marketing. Catherine has been Sales Director for Charles Church in the Midlands as well as recently, before joining Holmans, conducting a sales and marketing role for Cala Finance.     Roger Holman, Director
    Roger Holman has been involved in estate agency over the last 32 years covering the North Cotswolds and specialising in country homes, Cotswold cottages and land and new homes. Roger lives in Blockley with his wife Catherine, a fellow director of the company, and has an in depth knowledge of the local area and a wealth of experience on which to draw. After being involved in corporate estate agency for most of his career he is now concentrating and offering not only a professional but a more personal approach to the house selling process with advice geared to people's personal requirements and tailored to their needs.

    Catherine Holman, Director
    In addition to being a director of Holmans Estate Agents, Catherine also has over 20 years experience and specialist knowledge of new homes and is retained on a consultancy basis by several high profile developers. Her experience in sales and marketing we believe is second to none in the area and she is in charge of our Land and New Homes Department within the company. Catherine lives in Blockley with her husband Roger and their two cocker spaniels Archie and Rupert who are featured in several of our marketing campaigns.

    Jennifer Brown - Sales Executive
    In 1995 Jennifer began working for a local corporate estate agency developing her property knowledge and applying her customer service skills. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and has lived in the pretty Cotswold village of Bourton on the Water for 40 years. Jen joined Holmans in 2014 and now takes a part time sales roll within the team. When she is not advising on property, she can be found enjoying one of her many hobbies and spending time with her family.

    Carol Harris - Sales Negotiator
    Having 30 years experience in business and retail banking before moving to direct sales, Carol joined Holmans in 2023 after moving from Surrey and actually her existing property from Holmans and decided to join the team after having received fantastic service which she has now become part of. Carol has a rapidly growing group of friends and has family in the area and particularly enjoys eating out at restaurants and holidaying in her favourite location of Cornwall.
