    Kimberley Summers (Branch Lettings Manager)
    Kimberley started her career in lettings in March 2015 and joined the Shanklin office of Hose Rhodes Dickson in May 2017. Her duties include advising landlords on the lettings process, market appraisals, taking on instructions, pre-tenancy negotiations and arrears monitoring. She arranges check-out formalities and negotiates any deposit disputes/claims between landlords and tenants.

    Hannah joined Hose Rhodes Dickson as an apprentice lettings negotiator March 2020. Hannah's duties include qualifying applicants, viewings, and pre tenancy negotiations. Hannah has lived on the Isle of Wight her entire life and is experienced in the local area.
