    Agreed a sale
    When an offer has been agreed you will need to instruct a solicitor to do the  conveyancing. We have a long-standing relationship with local solicitors, which helps  in guiding you through the process and keeping both you & ourselves up to date with  the sale.

    Surveyor
    Once your mortgage has been submitted, The surveyor  will call our office to arrange a suitable date and time.

    Exchange
    Once contracts have been exchanged this makes the sale legally binding and a completion  date is set. This will be organised through both yours and the vendors solicitors.

    Completion day
    On the day of completion monies are transferred between the solicitors. The length  of time it takes for us to release the keys depends on how long the chain is and the  speed with which each parties solicitor transfers the monies from their account.  Once the solicitors have confirmed the monies have been received we will then call  you to confirm completion.
