Very professional staff & efficient service throughout. Would definitely recommend Johns&Co Embassy Gardens. Brett Walton and his team member, Kyle Best, are brilliant agents. I bought an amazing apartment through them for a great price. Amazing work ethic. Would go the extra mile to meet their clients needs. They think out of the box and are very straightforward. How I wish that all real estate agents are like them as some don't even have good telephone etiquette and are downright very disorganized and very pushy. Walter, Jerome and Brett were all very helpful from beginning to end. I'm new to the London property market and have been impressed how professional, and helpful the JOHNS&CO team have been in which they have managed the letting of my Embassy Gardens apartment. They are incredibly knowledgeable of the London market, and have been able to advise me accordingly throughout this process. I chose JOHNS&CO over other London letting agencies as they are situated in the development, know everything about the building and apartments, and are at close hand to deal with any issues should they arise. Having been a tenant myself, this is an invaluable aspect to renting. Moreover, they have kept the void period to an absolute minimum. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved into a flat in the Nine Elms area and Sam, Claudiu, Naomi and Destini-Rikki have been just great during the whole process. Had a very informative and well dressed young man by the name of Estefan who showed me a couple of properties. He was a pleasure and certainly informative, would definitely recommend...such a shame the properties available were not to my liking.

We have just rented a new apartment through Johns & Co and had a great, stress free experience thanks to Zac, he is simply the greatest estate agent we ever dealt with. Very professional, personable, answered all questions and concerns and nothing was too much trouble. He suggested and showed us a great flat which otherwise we wouldn't have considered. I wanted to reach out to you in order to feedback on what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with JOHNS&CO. We moved into Embassy Gardens this weekend. From arranging the viewings, and then looking at the properties a second time, coupled with numerous questions, the team delivered on everything.We live in a day and age where by people are very quick to complain as we all expect a certain level of service. They went above and beyond anything we have received before. We have both lived in a number of different places and now countries and this was the most seamless, hassle free move we have ever had.
