The home purchase process in the UK can be surprisingly long and painful but Johns& Co was very helpful in navigating the process. I wanted to share this with you as I believe too many people are too quick to have a negative view on estate agents. It's easy to see why after some of the people I have dealt with from other agencies during my relatively short property search. I first made contact with Pablo a couple of weeks ago regarding renting a property in Royal Wharf, he explained the situation with the properties available, and kept me upto date with possible viewing dates. He didn't pester me, just a couple of phone calls or e-mails to set up a viewing. I was unable to make the viewings on Saturday, and when Pablo e-mailed me on Monday 6th March to see if I was still interested, I promptly got in touch to explain my situation, and that I needed something ASAP, and told him my budget and requirements. He worked extremely fast, and by 3pm today, 24 hours later, I have a flat sealed, ready to move into on Saturday 11th. He, and Daisy, have both answered e-mails and phone calls promptly, and answered any questions I have had. Daisy had all the documents prepared straight away, ready for me to sign. They are both an asset to your team, and it has been a pleasure to deal with them both.
