Matty and the wider team at Jacobs & Hunt were very helpful throughout the process of us purchasing a house with them.It took a while to sort out our transaction due to the complicated situation at the property but they kept us updated through out the process. From builders getting quotes for remedial works prior to completion to facilitating a number of viewing as we planned our move. On the process side they gave us great communication on matters up and down the chain which was very useful indeed. Special thanks to Matty was brilliant I don't know how many times we spoke but he was pretty much always on the end of the phone when I needed him. He really helped us to understand what was going on with our sellers and the works needed on the house which can't have been easy given there were concerns with the roof, internal leaks, the boundary and some other things but he helped chase it all through to get us happy. Great service throughout and very helpful.
