It's a great document to have. My top tip for a tenant would be to always make amendments to your inventory report and return it in the recommended time frame.

    What would be your dream home? My dream would be to buy a beautiful chateau in the north of France. Renovate it, in keeping with the original décor but adding a modern twist. I would then open it up as a bed and breakfast and wedding venue!

      Top tip for buyer or seller? 

      Buyers - make sure finances are in order before purchasing a property, and take time to look at plenty of properties, buyers sometimes do not buy want they originally thought they would want to, it's a surprising world. 

      Sellers - Before going on the market, take time to start at your front door, and walk through your home as a purchaser might do, suddenly you will see or smell things that originally you didn't, quite scary but really useful to do and can make the difference to a purchaser viewing your home for the first time. 

      What would be your dream home? Do not really have a dream home, just love a happy home, always hope I will be able to travel a lot more when I retire, so maybe a Camper Van could be mine .
