    Where is your favourite place in Lichfield? Dam Street is a favourite spot for me in Lichfield; it's a charming quaint cobbled street that perfectly represents Lichfield's Heritage with its old-fashioned Tudor buildings, pleasant floral displays and draped bunting joining the two sides which drift lazily in the breeze as you stroll along. I think Dam Street connects the two identities of Lichfield perfectly. On one side you have the peaceful Minster pool, overlooked by Lichfield Cathedral, a place to reflect and relax, whilst at the opposite end the lively bustle of the market square which is a hive of activity nearly every day. A city of two hearts, which has certainly won mine! 

    Best part of your job? I love speaking to people from all walks of life and helping them - whether that's by finding them the perfect house to make a home or by finding them the perfect tenant to rent their home. Every day in lettings is fast paced, exciting and very rewarding!

    Top tip for a landlord? Letting your property can be a great money earner, both in return and capital investment, however don't underestimate the work which goes into letting and managing a property. When choosing a letting agent look for an agent who has professional qualifications and works to a code of practice (ARLA, RICs, NAEA). Your investment is more likely to be in safe hands - which should in the long run save you your valuable time and money.

    What would be your dream home? A modern and unique new build or conversion with floor-to-ceiling windows and open plan living. As long as my family can come with me though, as they make the dream a home.
