    • Raising tenant's references (as appropriate) from bankers, employers, accountants, solicitors, previous landlords and character references, together with the credit referencing and/or rent guarantee schemes, if required.
    • Preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

      Mark initially started his professional career in Estate Agency with Kallars back in 2012. After a period of working with corporate & independent agents in South London, Mark returned to Kallars in August 2018 with a new found optimism.

      His main focus is to ensure that all clients' expectations are exceeded, whilst excelling with a fantastic service and guiding both buyers/sellers throughout their journey with us.

      Having spent much of his childhood growing up in Brockley & Deptford, Mark's roots are firmly cemented into the foundations of both areas; hence providing him with an abundance of local knowledge and great enthusiasm for the area.

      In his spare time Mark is a keen traveller, having spent nine months backpacking throughout South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand back in 2016.
