I had a great initial meeting with the manager Mark. Confident but not pushy at all about using them. Valuable advice given to me. Sharlotte then took the lead and oversaw the viewings. I was no longer based in the City so the company did it all. Nothing was too much trouble with frequent email communication and phone calls as necessary. The rest of the viewing team kept me informed as viewings took place. Then over to Debbie for house sale. Again excellent service. Overall I would give them 5/5. So huge thank you from me. I found what is said to be one of the most stressful experiences that one can encounter, to be almost completely stress-free. It was obvious that all of the staff working in the estate agent's office did so as a very well organised team. They were equally welcoming, good natured and friendly whilst maintaining a very high level of professionalism and I would have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in recommending their services.
