We have been delighted with the service from Link Agency. Their proactive approach throughout the sale was particularly impressive. They consistently thought ahead, identified potential issues at an early stage and helped resolve them before they could cause unnecessary delays or complications. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a professional and committed team. We would wholeheartedly recommend Link Agency to both buyers and sellers and would certainly use them again ourselves.

Exceptionally good service from start to finish making sure we were fully informed and understood each step within the process. The images, video and description were the best I’ve seen on the market when reviewing other provider’s. Phil makes it really easy to do business.

My property completed on 4/10/24. I put my property up for sale with Link in July. dealt with everything for me, securing viewings before it even reached rightmove. Unfortunately, the first buyer dropped out of the sale but, was straight back on it securing another offer within a few days of the other one falling through contactable whenever I've had questions and has been prompt with everything. The sale was smooth and easy and if I was ever to sell again would use Link to do so.

I have used Link Agency for both manageing rental properties and selling new build houses. In terms of rental properties I have recently moved 2 properties to them that were managed by another agent due to the superior service I get from Link. In terms of selling properties they have provided an excellent service on transactions that were not straight forward which was far better than the agents we have used in the past.

Have nothing but good things to say about link agency, a smooth and reliable process and service, and the first couple to view our property bought it. Can’t say better than that. Highly recommend, and although we don’t intend to ever sell our new home, but use them again should the need arise. We couldn’t thank Link Agency enough for all the help and support through selling our house. Phil is very friendly and professional and I was really happy with the help and advice he gave me through the valuation process to the completion date. Marie was fantastic, she was our main contact and kept us up to date with viewings, requirements and questions from the buyer. The website was easy to navigate with frequent updates on site viewings. The advert was put together promptly and laid out well.

Second to none. I've had 2 properties managed by Link, one for 17 years which was also sold by them. Can't fault them at all. Rectifying any issues as quickly as they can for the Landlord and Tenants. Their professionalism and willingness to help is superb. I cant recommend them enough. Thankyou.

As overseas Landlords, with multiple properties in the UK we are very happy with Link Agency and their fully managed service.Whilst living in the UK, we managed all of our properties ourselves. We were initially nervous about having to put our trust into an agent whilst overseas. However, during the last 4 years we can honestly say Link Agency have supported our investments beautifully and helped us to feel assured with each ebb and flow of tenant from our properties. We have had very few vacancies in our properties - as Link Agency has always found us new tenants quickly and smoothly. We receive rents on time and get updates on issues as and when required.Their knowledge of the ever changing lettings laws and professional guidance on all issues that could have proved tricky (even if we were in the UK) has allowed us to sleep soundly in the knowledge that they have our backs. We would recommend Link agency for anyone considering letting their home out whether travelling overseas or whilst residing in the UK. Your property will be in trustworthy hands. n

Contacted Phil at Link Agency about letting a property who passed me on to Jake the lettings manager and within 2 weeks had tenants with the criteria I requested. Kept me updated throughout the process and also got me the rental income he promised from our first meeting.Very professional and they have very happy landlord on their books now.

I have used Link Agency for my property rentals for approximately 15 years. During this time I have always had excellent service. They have been very proactive in securing new tenants and given the upmost consideration to the application process. I have been very happy with the standard of tenant they have secured. The properties have always been let in a timely manner and have never been vacated for long. The regular inspections of the properties have ensured that they remain well maintained and looked after. The staff are informative and always helpful. Link Agency always goes the distance, dealing with the letting from start to finish and making the job of being a Landlord a much easier task. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We own various properties around the UK which are let and managed by various agents. The Link agency is definitely the best agent we have worked with. They are responsive, they care about both our interests and that of the tenant to an extent none of the others do.
