    If your looking to let your property you can rest assured Lyons Estates will provide you with a comprehensive management service you can rely upon

    We offer a tenant find only service or a full property management service

    Tenant find only - £300 plus VAT

    Full Property Management - £250 plus VAT then 10% monthly thereafter (There can be discount for multiple properties brought to us)

    Our comprehensive property management service is designed to relieve you of the commitment of being a full-time landlord whilst providing you with peace of mind that your property is in safe hands. We are trusted by landlords residing in the UK and abroad to manage one of the largest property portfolios in Liverpool. We have experienced property managers who are assigned to look after your property and the tenants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring everything is well maintained and cared for.

    Information for tenants

    All our properties require one months rental payable in advance, plus one months rental payable as a deposit. We also require a home owner guarantor for all of our rental properties.

    We are required to credit & reference check all tenants prior to letting a property to them. We understand not everyone will pass a credit check which is why we credit & reference check a home owner guarantor also.

    Tenant Fees

    £160 for a single applicant credit & reference check

    £220 for a double applicant credit & reference check

    £60 for a guarantor check or additional credit & reference check

    Please note that all fees are non refundable
