Hi Robin. Well, its been a while now since Dad moved into Hemington Court and things are settling down nicely. I just wanted to thank you for all your help, through what could have been a stressful period, had it not been for your assistance and constant care in ensuring that were communicated with throughout. If only all parties involved had been caring and conscientious I may not have needed to make so many visits to Derby to chase the solicitors!! Hi Simon I think it is fair to say that I have never really been impressed by many Estate Agents, I am perhaps hard to please! That was certainly not the case when my wife and I met Robin Bailey to see three houses on Tuesday. From the outset he was polite, informative and pleasant but didn't waste any time getting on with the job in a very professional but friendly way. I don't think it is a co-incidence that we have agreed to purchase one of the properties he showed us round. I thought it was right to let you know, many of us moan about the service we receive but I am always ready to praise and say well done when appropriate. Furthermore, a lady on the lettings side called me back yesterday to discuss the letting of the property. She was also very helpful and personable, and we therefore be using Marble to let the house.
