    REFERENCING PROCEDURE

    All applicants will be fully referenced. Applicants will undergo a credit check to ensure they have no adverse credit history, an employer's reference will be obtained to make sure they can afford the rent comfortably and are in a full time, permanent position of employment. We will also obtain a previous landlord's reference if they have rented before.

    If the applicants pass our referencing procedure then, unlike any other agency, we will offer you FREE eviction cover for the lifetime of the tenancy* and, for peace of mind, we will also offer you FREE credit monitoring for your tenant, once a month, for the duration of the tenancy.

    PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    We offer both our landlords and tenants all of our management and accounting services in house; meaning that if you need to speak to someone about the rent or any property maintenance issues then we are all located in our local Bedford office.

    We pride ourselves on our detailed inventories, efficient and thorough service when it comes to handling disputes and deposit returns and competence in completing a task to the highest standard possible.
