Although the property was with your Stockton Office, due to me working in Billingham and you had just opened your Billingham office, Debbie Etherington your Manager at this office very kindly looked after all of the negotiations etc for us, and I could not have got through this very stressful time without her help
Not only is Debbie very professional in her job, she is also a very kind, considerate and caring person, who went that extra mile to make sure things went as smoothly as possible for us, (especially as HMG decided to abolish Stamp Duty Relief in disadvantaged areas, when we were almost completed our deal).
If businesses had more Staff like Debbie, there would be a lot more happy customers.
I would be very grateful if you would convey my utmost thanks and appreciation to Debbie for an excellent job.
