Our feeling is that if we can encourage that good relationship then we are making life much easier for landlord and tenant alike.     Courtney has worked in the lettings industry for over 10 years and has experience in the Essex and Suffolk market. Her extensive knowledge of the industry gives landlords and tenants peace of mind they are in safe hands. Courtney keeps in contact with our landlords from the point of them agreeing the purchase of their buy-to-let property and continues this relationship throughout the tenancy. She understands the importance of a great relationship between landlords and their chosen agent and works hard to maintain these relationships with each individual client. Courtney overseas all our Lettings branches and has always lived in the local area.

    Sam has also worked in the property industry for over 10 years and, having grown up in Colchester, is very familiarised with the local market and particularly the surrounding villages. Sam has a portfolio of tenants and landlords that he keeps in close contact with, and a great skill of matching suitable tenants to our landlords properties. He keeps in regular contact with his clients during marketing, providing regular feedback and updates.
