    As soon as you have found a suitable property, we will put your offer to the seller, verbally and in writing. The offer will be subject to a contract being signed and there are no legal obligations on either side until the contracts are exchanged. Sometimes there may be a process of price negotiation.     It's a great pleasure to be back at to Mishon Welton, to be honest it feels like I've never left. I can remember the day the company first opened, it was summer and I was doing my GCSE's. It was a huge day for the family as my Dad had worked so hard to get the business open. I have been taught by the best, my Dad and of course, uncle Glenn who both have a great legacy in the city. It's an honour to fly the 'Mishon' flag in today's market and follow in their footsteps.

Ellie is fab at keeping the office operation in check and with her tenacious sales skills, she finds herself banking the commission cheques too! She's a little whipper snapper and a key ingredient to our team.

Her go to is a "frozen, caramel, semi skimmed, extra ice, double blend latte" and swears it's the answer to everything. Romilly comes from a property background, with both her Mother and Father experienced, local developers. - Whilst this is her first fulltime job, it's evident she has a very bright future....
