    Oliver graduated from De Montfort University in 2012 with a BSc in Computer Science and was drawn into the property industry from his infancy due to family connections. Pursuing his passion for design, property and commerce, he founded Oliver Rayns in 2017 and continues to oversee its growth in Leicestershire, along with running the company's sister brands Project Student and Olto.

    Dechlan - Lettings Manager 
    Dechlan graduated from De Montfort University in 2014 with a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice before travelling around the world for 9 months and experience different cultures. Upon his return he decided to pursue a career in Estate Agency and has been working in it ever since. He is a lover of travel, good food and thrill-seeking activities such as a sky dive or bungee jumping.

    Phillip graduated from De Montfort University in 2015 with a LLB (Hons.) in Law, Human Rights, and Social Justice, as well as completing a Politics PGDip in 2020. Phillip joined the Oliver Rayns Lettings team almost two years ago, and is flexible in his role covering enquiries, viewings, and applications, building the relationship between Landlords and tenants. When not working, Phillip is usually looking after his 50+ indoor house plants, as well as looking to propagate, and buy more.

    India - Lettings Administrator
    India started in 2021 as a PBSA Administrator for Project Student and quickly progressed to Lettings Administrator for Oliver Rayns. Previously, India worked as a Paleo Artist, sculpting and casting dinosaur fossil replicas, which were shipped worldwide. She has also created her own Art and Homeware business which she continues to sell and promote alongside working full-time at Oliver Rayns. Fun fact, India travelled around Europe playing the Violin and won competitions with the LSSO to play at the Royal Albert Hall (twice!).
