    • Confirm your budget - this calculation should be based on your affordability taking into account your incomings and expenses. Usually 25-30% of your annual budget will be spent on your rent with a total of 25-40% of your annual budget spent on rent and utilities combined.

    • Unpaid Rent - 3% above Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date until paid, not levied until rent is 14 days late

    Steven joined Orchid in 2020 having racked up an impressive 20 years in the hospitality, weddings, events, lifestyle and interior design sector. He is totally client centric which he brings from the extensive experience in hospitality. Steven also worked at a leading London agent so brings a great blend of experience and understanding of the industry and people. The passion for property has lured Steven back into agency and we are delighted to have him heading up our lettings division. When Steven is not working he likes to spend time at his holiday home in Portugal and travel the world.
